The Wilhoit Law Office represents both plaintiffs and defendants in personal injury and general litigation in Eastern Kentucky. This gives William H. Wilhoit a unique perspective and valuable experience in litigating his client's case. Since 1992 William Wilhoit has tried jury trials throughout Eastern Kentucky, and federal jury trials in Kentucky and Tennessee. Mr. Wilhoit has also written and given lectures on the jury selection process for the American Bar Association.

The office concentrates on personal injury lawsuits, but also handles general litigation for clients. Being in a small town the office provides a general practice service to clients for real estate transactions, wills, contracts and business representation.

The Wilhoit Law Office first opened in 1867 when E.B. Wilhoit hung out his shingle in the small town in Northeastern Kentucky just after the Civil War. C.B. Wilhoit followed his father by entering the practice in Grayson after the turn of the century. In 1934 H.R. “Dutch” Wilhoit became the third generation to practice law in Grayson. He was joined by his son Henry R. Wilhoit, Jr in 1960, and he practiced law until he was appointed to the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky where he currently serves as a senior judge.
The Wilhoit Law Office reopened in 1992 as William H. Wilhoit continues the Wilhoit tradition as the fifth generation to practice law in Grayson, Kentucky.

The firm's representative clients include Nationwide, Grange, and Scottsdale Insurance Companies.
